With the new year, Nová Karolina Park welcomes new tenant Brose CZ

The attractive Nová Karolina Park office building in Ostrava is pleased to announce a new tenant, Brose CZ. Brose is the one of the world’s most important suppliers of components to the automotive industry. It is a family-owned company originally from Germany and it has leased 1700 m2 of office space in the building. The preparation of the future offices began in the middle of September 2020 and the employees started occupying the offices in December.

The Ostrava office project Nová Karolina Park has welcomed two new tenants. They are the Čedok travel agency and the RE/MAX real estate agency, which have leased units with an identical size of 87 m2, both in the northern part of the building, entered from the inner courtyard.

The Health Insurance Company of the Czech Ministry of the Interior and Czech Industrial Health Insurance Company have opened their branches in the Nová Karolina Park building in Ostrava

The Nová Karolina Park office building in the centre of Ostrava has expanded its offer of services to the public with two new contact points for Czech insurance companies. In addition to its branch, situated on 125 m2 on the ground floor by the entrance to the building’s inner courtyard from the main thoroughfare, 28. října Street, the Health Insurance Company of the Czech Ministry of the Interior (ZP MV ČR) has also leased 570 m2 of offices. The Czech Industrial Health Insurance Company (ČPZP) has also opened its branch on 68 m2 on the ground floor of the northern part of the building in the direction of the shopping centre.

Nová Karolina Park has a new tenant – VERIZON

Verizon Czech s.r.o. has chosen the Nová Karolina Park office building in Ostrava as the headquarters for its team for the support of the global Verizon Enterprise Solutions. The company uses 2900 m2 on the 6th storey of the north and south parts of the building for its offices, relaxation spaces and other facilities. Nová Karolina Park has the last available 3700 m2 of office space and a retail unit with an area of 86 m2 on the ground floor.

Nová Karolina Park offers the last 4000 m2 of prime office space

Nová Karolina Park has a ZOOT Try&Buy stores

Today Nová Karolina Park, an office building, welcomed Ostrava’s first Try&Buy stores from the ZOOT e-shop among its retail tenants. ZOOT had the grand opening of its branch, with an area of 87 m2, in the courtyard passage of the northern part of the building. Thus Ostrava’s fashionistas will be able to simply and comfortably try out the items they order and only take home those that really fit. There will also be a beauty salon and nail studio opening here in the near future. Thus all of the retail units in Nová Karolina Park are currently fully leased.

FURTHER SPACES OCCUPIED IN NOVÁ KAROLINA PARK

The Nová Karolina Park office project in Ostrava has expanded its portfolio of tenants to include The IT centres Stora Enso - SDCC Ostrava (Software Development Competence Center) and Y Soft Corporation, a.s., which provides solutions for the management of printing and digitalisation. Stora Enso placed its service centre for the development and maintenance of IT systems for all of its company’s branches worldwide in more than 2500 m2 on the entire fifth storey of the southern part of the building. Y Soft Corporation occupied 690 m2 of office space, where it set up its development centre and customer support centre. Moreover, UniCredit Bank and ABB both expanded their offices here this year.
