UniCredit Bank and UniCredit Leasing - Nová Karolina Park's newest tenants

Nová Karolina Park, a modern office building in the large multifunctional complex Nová Karolina in Ostrava, has secured another tenant - UniCredit Bank together with UniCredit Leasing will open branches here.

The UniCredit Bank and UniCredit Leasing branches, located on the ground and first floors of Nová Karolina Park, will occupy a total area of 987 m². In early March, bank employees will move to their new offices and the bank branch will open. The UniCredit Leasing offices will follow shortly thereafter.

The project covers an area of 32 hectares and offers not only a shopping and entertainment center, but also modern new offices and apartments. Current tenants include companies such as Česká spořitelna and ABB ČR.
