With the new year, Nová Karolina Park welcomes new tenant Brose CZ

The attractive Nová Karolina Park office building in Ostrava is pleased to announce a new tenant, Brose CZ. Brose is the one of the world’s most important suppliers of components to the automotive industry. It is a family-owned company originally from Germany and it has leased 1700 m2 of office space in the building. The preparation of the future offices began in the middle of September 2020 and the employees started occupying the offices in December.

Brose CZ is the largest production location of the Brose group, oriented on the production of seat structures, electric motors and drives and side and rear door locks, for example. The Czech branch holds the status of the “lead plant” in the Brose group. Pilot projects are prepared and realised here and subsequently implemented in other localities.

Brose CZ is thus an important and stable employer in the Moravian-Silesian and Zlín regions. There are currently more than 3000 employees working for the company. Several “central function” departments also operate in Brose CZ. These include, for example, controlling, finance, purchasing and IT - these departments provide support to all the factories in the Brose group throughout the world. A shared service centre will be created in the newly-created offices in Ostrava’s Nová Karolina Park project, where approximately 200 employees will be working in the aforementioned areas.
